Wirehaired Vizslas Slightly Different, Same Great Dog
Both Vizslas have the same russet gold colored coats but the wirehaired Vizsla dog will have a slightly different texture and length of their coats and the shape of their skulls. The wirehaired Vizsla has a slightly more squared jawline and the most notable part is the wirehair itself coming down around the muzzle forming a beard as well as the longer coat on the entire body.
They are strong and well muscled as well as graceful and elegant. Wirehaired Vizslas are lively and gentle mannered yet fearless and very protective of their owners. Like their close cousins they are bred for hunting, pointing and retrieving on land or in water.
